Payments

Here at inflatablebouncycastles.co.uk, we try to be as flexible as we can offering a range of different payment methods including cash on delivery, BACS transfer among others. However with the economic climate as it is, please note that we do not offer credit under any circumstances. In order for any online booking to be confirmed and secured, a 20% booking fee payment must be made online at the time of booking. Failure to make this payment will result in a void and cancelled booking.

Booking fee payments are approximately 20%. It's 20% rounded up to the nearest £10 marker.

Our accepted payment methods are as follows;

  • Cash on delivery - Cash payment on delivery is possibly the easiest method of payment for our customers as we offer an opportunity for customers to cancel in extreme circumstance providing the driver hasn't arrived, ready to complete the delivery. Please ensure if you take this option that you have the correct amount ready to hand to the driver when he arrives. Sorry, we are unable to wait while customers leave the property to get payment. If we arrive and payment isn't ready, we will be unable to complete the delivery and hire.
  • BACS - BACS transfer is accepted providing payment is received by the Thursday before your event. Please contact us or request an invoice for full payment details.

From 16th October 2021, we will no longer accept cheque payments from schools and other organisations which we previously had allowed to pay by this method.

Please note: We do not offer credit under any circumstances. All invoice work is to be paid prior to our arrival or cash will be expected on delivery should payment not have been made prior to our arrival.

Late Payments: Should payment not have been received by the time we make delivery of your equipment, we reserve the right to cancel your event in full which classes as a refusal of delivery.
