  • BALLOONS SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO COLLECTION AND NOT LEFT ON EQUIPMENT IF THE HIRE IS OVERNIGHT (COLOUR IN BALLOONS CAN RUN AND POTENTIALLY STAIN EQUIPMENT). FOR THIS REASON, BALLOONS SHOULD NOT BE USED ON EQUIPMENT IN WET CONDITIONS.

Failure to follow the above guidelines can damage equipment, leading to expensive repair or replacement costs, potentially amounting to thousands of pounds.

Gender reveal inflatable hire in Runcorn, Widnes, Cheshire and Merseyside

Gender reveal parties have become really popular and we've seen the popularity sky rocket during 2018 with lots of viral Facebook, Instagram and Twitter videos of fantastic gender reveals.

Soon to be mum's and dad's have been looking for innovative and exciting ways of revealing the gender of their upcoming child.

This inflatable is a great way of revealing the gender!

When booking this inflatable, customers will put the gender in the customer notes / additional information section of the booking form. Boy, Girl or Boy & Girl (twins). We will receive this information along with the booking information and on the day, the inflatable will be delivered with 24 helium balloons of the relevant colour either baby blue for a boy, baby pink for a girl or a mixture of 12 each if the mum and dad are expecting twins of a boy and a girl. These balloons will be placed inside the gender reveal inflatable and sealed away with a velcro material flap. At the time of the reveal, the mum and dad will pull the flap away and the balloons will be released! A fantastic way of announcing your unborn child's gender!

The inflatable is brightly coloured in both baby pink and baby blue as shown in the product listing photo and will catch everyone's eye at your event. Measuring 10ft wide by 10ft long and standing at 6ft tall, this inflatable is large enough to catch everyones attention but at the right size to fit both outdoors and indoors at almost all indoor party venues.

When hiring this reveal inflatable, you will receive the following / power requirements;

  • Gender Reveal inflatable
  • Electric fan (electric supply required)
  • 4x Ground stakes (outdoor hires) / sandbags (indoor hires or outdoor hires on hard ground)
  • 24x Helium balloons (baby blue / baby pink / mixture for boy & girl twins)

We will require access to one standard (13amp) household plug socket

Customers can book online through this product listing. This is our preferred booking method. Alternatively, if you fancy a chat with our friendly office team we take calls between 9am and 7pm every day of the week. Please be aware that due to weekends being our busiest time of the week, our office may not be fully staffed and we may not be able to take your call or enquiry. Delivery & Collection Times

  • Summer (March - October): Delivery between 7:30am and 12pm; collection between 5pm and 8pm.
  • Winter (October - March): Delivery between 7:30am and 12pm; collection between 4pm and 7pm.
  • Overnight hires: Delivery on your selected date between 7:30am and 12pm; collection the following day between 7:30am and 1pm.
  • Fixed time delivery and collection: Available only between 9am and 5pm (Venues only). Please allow a 60-minute window between venue hire and party times for efficient delivery and collection. Example: Venue hire from 1pm–5pm, party times 2pm–4pm.
  • Multi-day hires: Delivery on your selected date between 7:30am and 12pm; collection on your selected end date between 5pm and 8pm (Summer) or 4pm and 7pm (Winter).

Please note: We are unable to provide more specific delivery and collection times than those listed above.

Winter events after 5pm: If your event is in the Winter season (October–March) and extends beyond 5pm, please contact our office team to see if we can accommodate a later collection time.

Sizing Measurements Explained

  • Unit size: This is the manufacturer's size for the product, indicating the space required on suitable surfaces (e.g., grass). Example: If the bouncy castle measures 12ft by 12ft, you'll need at least 12ft by 12ft of space on a grass surface. Check the size tab for specific measurements.

  • Required space: This is the space needed to safely use the equipment, free from obstacles. Example: If a bouncy castle measures 12ft by 12ft and requires 16ft by 16ft of space, you need at least 12ft by 12ft of clear grass plus 2ft of additional space around the unit (clear of obstacles like fences, gate posts, washing lines, etc.). Check the size tab for specific measurements.
